Who actually runs the call, and what's their technical depth?
A solutions engineer — not an account executive, not a BDR. They've shipped InfoKece deployments against Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and Postgres, and they can answer questions about metric modeling, refresh latency, lineage, and query performance in real time. If your call needs a security or solutions architect, we'll bring them on.

Do I need to share production data, or can we use sample data?
For the first call, nothing. We provision a read-only sandbox against a synthetic schema modeled on your industry and data shape (e.g. SaaS subscription, fintech transactions, marketplace GMV). If you want to run on a sanitized subset of your own warehouse during the call, we can scope that ahead of time — but it's not required to evaluate the platform.

Does InfoKece replace our warehouse, or sit on top of it?
It sits on top of your warehouse. We have native connectors for Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Postgres, Redshift, and 140+ other sources. You keep your data where it is; we add the governed metric layer, semantic definitions, dashboards, and the reverse-ETL writeback to operational systems.

What's the security review process, and how fast can we get the paperwork?
SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 reports are available under mutual NDA within one business day. Standard MSA, DPA, and BAA templates are pre-approved and typically redline within 48 hours. If your team uses a security review portal (OneTrust, Vanta, Drata), we can pull in the relevant artifacts directly.
