Real teams. Real numbers. The same data mess you’re trying to fix.

InfoKece is in production at Plaid, Notion, Ramp, and Calendly — and at 2,140+ data teams across 38 countries. Every story on this page is anchored to one auditable metric, not a quote about “transforming analytics.”

Case Studies

One verifiable number per story. No vague praise.

Each team below shipped InfoKece into a production stack with hundreds of internal users. The metric next to the logo is the one their analytics lead would defend in a review.

Plaid: 11.6 hours of analyst time recovered, every week.

Plaid’s risk and product analytics teams consolidated four overlapping BI tools onto a single governed metric layer. Finance, risk, and product now read the same definition of “active transacting account” — the resolution engine auto-handles the disagreements that used to land in a Slack thread.

Customer Spotlight · Ramp

How Ramp retired three BI tools in one quarter and kept the numbers honest.

The problem

By Q1 2024, Ramp’s analytics org was running Looker for product, a homegrown Metabase clone for finance, and an ad-hoc dbt + notebook setup for data science. Three tools meant three definitions of “gross profit” and a Slack channel where anyone could rename a metric on a Friday afternoon.

The migration

InfoKece sat on top of Ramp’s existing Snowflake warehouse — not replacing it. The semantic metric layer auto-resolved 92% of metric definition conflicts between finance, product, and growth on day one; the remaining 8% were routed to a small review queue that closed inside a two-week sprint.

The outcome

Eight weeks after cutover, the median time-to-insight on Ramp’s top 50 executive dashboards was 8.4x faster than on the prior stack. Finance close-pack went from a four-day scramble to a scheduled job. The team decommissioned the homegrown BI clone and the ad-hoc notebook pipeline.
